Maintenance
Solus is our one call service, maintenance and repair (SMR) product for all your day-to-day vehicle maintenance needs. PlanSolus is available for all vehicles leased or purchased in the last three months, it can be supplied using a budgeted monthly payment plan or on a recharge basis for a fleet customer, with either solution you benefit from our economies of scale.
On a budget plan, you pay PlanSolus a fixed monthly amount based on the vehicle type, term and mileage. You are then covered for all SMR costs that arise for that vehicle during the term. Just one call to our free phone number takes care of:
Servicing and maintenance
Book your vehicle in for service using our freefone number or online. We’ll arrange for it to be collected, serviced, washed, vacuumed and returned to you. Alternatively, we can arrange for a courtesy car for you.

Replacement tyres, batteries and exhausts
PlanSolus will arrange an appointment at an autocentre convenient to you, or for a mobile unit to visit your premises.
Breakdown assistance
If your vehicle breaks down we will arrange for our partners to reach you and assist. This service is available 24hours a day, 365 days a year and is included on all contracts with breakdown cover.
Glass replacement
If you need a replacement windscreen or glass for your vehicle our partners can help. This service is chargeable, although you enjoy our fleet discount terms.
Accident management
In the event of an accident our management partner will take control of the situation for you, including the recovery, repair and provision of a replacement vehicle (free of charge in non-fault accidents).
Replacement vehicles
If your vehicle is off the road, we can arrange for a replacement vehicle. This service may be charged if not included as an option.
